We have used Dyneema® SK99 fibres and Vectran and improved the manufacturing process for multi-strand threads by applying heat and force to the individual strands before blending. This leads to fewer manufacturing problems due to stretching and elongation and increases fibre stability.

The multi-strand construction is often used in the textile industry to make threads "more flexible". When developing the Carrera strings, we focused on a soft and sensitive shooting feel with the greatest possible speed gain, which is highly valued by recurve and traditional archers.
