The history of this beautiful hunting recurve goes back to the beginnings of modern traditional archery in the first half of the last century. Fred Bear already recognized the advantages of these short and handy hunting recurves and built the first examples.

Our short recurve bow is made for the 3D course, the woods and bowhunting. With its short 52” bow length, this bow is a true performance giant and effortlessly masters every shooting position on the 3D course. Despite its short bow length, the Nokoni can be shot easily and comfortably up to a draw length of 30”.

Thanks to its short design, this handy bow guarantees extraordinary performance even at short draw lengths. For draw lengths under 28”, this classic hunting recurve is also our very clear recommendation.

The Nokoni was developed in its visual styling, naming and design in 2022 by Henry Bodnik.
