The newly developed Nijora Yona Premium Editioncarbon shaft has a special
3K cross winding 90-60 consisting of 8-layer carbon layer fabrics.
The structure of the shaft is of course designed for all types of bows.
E.g.: Recurve bows, bare bows, longbows, compound – depending on the coordination!
Spine values suitable for bows:
400: 40 – 70 Lbs 500: 35 – 60 Lbs 600: 30 – 50 Lbs 700: 25 – 45 Lbs
800: 20 – 35 Lbs
These 30 tons of premium carbon layers are pressed/wound at very high pressure and the residence time in the
Curing oven is slightly longer than standard carbon shaft production.
Thanks to this newly developed structure, with the latest 30 tons of 3K Twin Carbon fibers available on the market
are pressed together at different angles, the Nijora Yona shaft gets a linear spine over the entire shaft, where almost no spline can be noticed. A special feature!! The Yona pro is very robustly wound, slightly heavier than standard light weight shafts, and therefore stabilizes very quickly when it comes out of the bow with high acceleration pressure speed goes.
This gives it an evenflatter trajectorycompared to a normal standard wound cylindrical shaft with the same weight and spine values.
The Yona shaft is a thin full carbon shaft, hand-ground in 8 multilayer technology: inner diameter linear ID 0.245 inch/ 6.22 mm.
The outer diameter depending on the spine 800-400 ranges from 7.55 mm to 7.10 mm.
The shaft is made of 100% carbon in 8 layers of special 3K Twin fabric using cross wrapping technology, it creates a
super-fast arrow flight with a flatter parabolic flight curve, maximum precision, and an optimal shaft weight
Grain/inch make it a unique shaft on the archery market.
