When arrow shafts are made from the Port Orford Cedar tree, it is very difficult to obtain a sufficient quantity of 32-inch length in premium quality. For this reason, the demand for these shafts is often greater than the quantities produced. So the quantities are always limited, and the price for these cedar wood shafts is somewhat higher than for the shorter 30-inch shafts. There are at least as many names for the tendon silencers as there are colors and variants. But do the colorful pom-poms on the bowstring really do anything? Loss of performance due to pom-poms?
