This significantly increases the durability of the carbon shaft in the event of missed shots. Even when hitting hard objects, the Protector Hat often prevents the carbon shaft from “mushrooming”.

Our Traditional Extreme are wrapped in real wood. Because of this real wood the diameters vary. We therefore recommend a diameter of 8.45mm for the protector hats. This diameter always fits. If a protector hat is a little looser, you can fill the cavity with a suitable adhesive.
