Excluded from the warranty are signs of wear, damage caused by gross negligence or intent, or twisted limbs after a usage period of 6 months. The warranty is fulfilled by replacement or repair of the bow. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this guarantee and apply independently of it.
