A really fast longbow with no noticeable hand shock
The Raven impresses with its fine materials and its enormous shooting performance. Its bow length of just 64 inches (approx. 163 cm) makes it a fast and handy all-rounder. In the middle section we used a combination of heavy Mycarta and Zebrano to achieve shooting stability and forgiveness in the Raven. As a result, this bow releases significantly less residual energy to the body and has no noticeable hand shock. The strongly structured olive veneer completes the beautiful look of this longbow.

Are you looking for a high-quality middle section and sporty limbs? Then this product is just right for you. The Take Down bow consists of the Mohawk ILF middle section and Shadow ILF limbs from the Penthalon brand.
The Mohawk ILF middle section is made of Bubinga. This means that the middle section has enough weight to absorb residual energy. We can guarantee that the Mohawk ILF middle section can be shot without any noticeable hand shock. The layer gluing in the middle section scores points not only in terms of appearance and design. In addition, our gluing of Bubinga, maple and Mycarta stiffens the entire middle section and thus guarantees maximum stability.
For the Shadow ILF limbs, we opted for a simple look with black fiberglass. This means that the limbs fit perfectly with our Mohawk ILF middle section. Of course, the Penthalon Shadow limb can be shot with any commercially available high-performance string. For the Penthalon Shadow, we recommend our Whisper String in order to be able to realize its performance perfectly.

The ILF system (International Limb Fitting System) guarantees the possibility of combining ILF middle parts and ILF limbs from many ILF suppliers and manufacturers.
