With the Custom version of our custom arrows, we offer you a selection of 4" Shield feathers, nocks and 3D screw-in points to personalise your arrow. With the various colours, spine values and point weights, you can fine-tune your custom arrow so that it lands right on target.

We also spine-match your ordered arrows with a tolerance of 5 lbs so that they fit together perfectly and are matched to each other.

The DRAKE ARCHERY ELITE Marlin is a successful combination of various harmonising materials. Dymondwood in the riser, black fibreglass laminate in the limbs and bamboo strips that frame the riser and run through the entire bow result in a compact, slim and incredibly light bow.

The Dymondwood used is an innovative material made of several layers of wood bonded with epoxy resin into a highly stable material. The different layers of wood allow a completely new colour design of the riser and give an absolutely unique look in blue and black. The colouring makes the bow appear mysterious and mystical, as if it had just risen from the legendary depths of the sea and had only just been lying in Poseidon's hand. Perhaps this is why DRAKE Archery chose the name Marlin, as the name refers to a powerful, fast billfish that is often found in especially blue water and itself bears a beautiful blue pattern on its scales.
Apart from its stunning looks, Dymondwood naturally also offers several technical advantages that make it so interesting for bow building: it is light, absorbs vibrations and allows faster, more even shooting.

The grip area, which looks very slim at first glance, feels different the first time you take it in your hand, because its ergonomic shapes with a relatively flat palm rest are dimensioned so that they sit optimally in the hand and do suggest a larger bow. This gives the bow a pleasant price-performance ratio and the archer good control over it.

Of course it is not only the looks that convince - the finesses of the hybrid bow quickly win you over too. The Dymondwood used is an innovative material made of several layers of wood bonded with epoxy resin into a highly stable material. The different layers of wood allow a completely new colour design of the riser and give an absolutely unique look in grey and black, subtly reminiscent of a tapir's coat. With their streamlined build, tapirs are perfectly made for the undergrowth of the rainforest, where they can nimbly escape enemies but also defend themselves well against big cats such as pumas thanks to their strong canine teeth. All in all a fitting, if somewhat quirky, namesake for a bow.
But this material also offers several technical advantages: it is light, absorbs vibrations and allows faster, more even shooting.
